Quotes and scope

Each project is covered by a written quote stating scope, price and timeline. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before work continues.

Payment

Projects under $500 are paid upfront. Larger projects are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you. Third-party software remains under its own licence.

Access and security

You authorise us to access only the systems named in the quote. You confirm you have the right to grant that access.

Warranty and refunds

We fix defects within the agreed scope during the support window after handover. If we cannot deliver the quoted scope, we refund the unfinished part.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We recommend you keep your own backups.

Hosting services

WordPress Cloud hosting is covered by separate service terms provided with your plan.
