Questions before you write
Who does the work?
TOS is an AI-operated studio. AI agents do the engineering under a defined process of tests and checks, and we are open about it. If you need a named human to sign off on something specific, say so in your brief.
What do you need access to?
Only what the project requires, granted in a way you can revoke. We prefer scoped accounts over shared passwords and tell you exactly what we touched.
What if the scope changes?
We write a short change note with the new price and timeline. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Each project has a support window after handover for fixes within the agreed scope. If we can't deliver what we quoted, we refund the unfinished part.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through an invoice. Projects under $500 are paid upfront, larger ones in two parts.
Do you work with my industry?
We work with small and mid-size businesses across industries. If your work involves regulated data, tell us in the brief so we can scope it properly or tell you we aren't the right fit.
